Council Members are elected at-large and serve staggered
four-year terms. The Mayor is elected for a two-year term. Elections are
held in November of even-numbered years.
Council Meetings
City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month
at 6:00 PM. The location is the Council Chambers located at 1111 Bailey
Avenue, Needles. The public is encouraged to attend. Agendas are available
by calling the City Clerk's office at (760) 326-2113.
